LG needed to highlight their new home technology products in a way that didn’t feel overly corporate. The brand wanted to find a fresh angle on socials that could show off the smart features of their products without it feeling like a traditional advert.
I helped develop a strategy that used popular sound trends and natural creator storytelling to showcase the benefits of LG's products. I worked closely with creators to make sure their content tied into everyday moments where LG products would naturally fit, rather than forcing heavy brand messages. Influencers were briefed to create content that blended humour, relatable situations and product demonstration in a low-key, authentic way.
The content landed extremely well with audiences, delivering engagement rates well above platform averages. Because the videos used recognisable TikTok trends but stayed true to the creators’ own styles, the posts didn’t feel disruptive, leading to better watch times, shares, and saves.
Campaign Highlights:
The campaign over-delivered. One influencer got 128,000 impressions and over 2,200 likes. The campaign as a whole hit 1.85 million impressions and over 22,800 clicks. We hit over 100% of the goals for both clicks and impressions.
TikTok content consistently delivered higher watch through rates than previous paid campaigns.
Videos stayed live organically, gaining engagement even beyond the paid media window.
This project showed how even a big tech brand could feel human and relatable when it trusts creators to tell the story naturally. By connecting LG's smart home tech with everyday life moments, we were able to help the brand show up on socials in a way that felt fresh and real.
